I’m excited to share my 2020 Reading Challenge: A to Z in Cozy Mysteries!
After having come up a bit short (LOL) at my 52 cozies in 52 weeks self-challenge for 2019, I decided to try again with a new challenge for 2020! This time I’m lowering the number of books (boy, did I learn a lesson there!) but I’m making it interesting in a different way.
My 2020 reading challenge is going to once again involve cozy mysteries. This year I’m going to try to read 26 books, one for each letter of the alphabet, based on the author’s last name. If you want to join in the challenge, I’d love to have you! I’ve never done this type of thing before so I’m kind of learning as I go.
Date of publication doesn’t matter, since I’m hoping to find some new-to-me authors, and that means I might have to go back and get the first book in their series. Some of my favourite authors in the genre will still be included because I will definitely be reading some of their books in the coming year.
I’ll be updating this list as the year goes on, with links to my reviews as they get posted. If you have any suggestions for letters that I’m missing, please leave me a comment below!
Join the #AtoZCozy2020 Challenge!
I’d love to have some fellow readers/bloggers join in this challenge. Just complete the steps below – if enough people take part, I’ll try and come up with some giveaways to add to the fun!
- Leave a comment below letting my know you’re taking part – don’t forget a link to your blog (if you have one) so I can make sure I’m following you!
- If you do have a blog, write a post with your own alphabet tracker that you can update.
- Share your reads/reviews with the #AtoZCozy2020 tag on your blog and/or social media so I can see them and share them in my monthly round-up posts.
- Save the challenge badge there on the right to use on your posts!
My #AtoZCozy2020 tracker
I’m using this list to track:
- books I’m planning on reading
- books I’ve finished reading (a link will be added to my review once it’s up)
- books I’ve read and reviewed (click the link to read my review)
That way I can easily see what letters I still have to find books for.
